• Premium features including value estimation and safety analysis
• AI-powered chat assistance for geological questions

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Maintain only one account per person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Terms

• Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Subscription prices may vary by location and are subject to applicable taxes
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Premium features are only available during active subscription periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the App. However, by using our service, you grant us certain rights:

• You own all rights to your uploaded photos and rock data
• We may use uploaded images to improve our AI models (in anonymized form)
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You must have the right to upload any content you submit
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Always consult professional geologists for important determinations
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on App results

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees you have paid

10. Termination

• You can delete your account anytime through the App settings
